Shiksha 5.0: 21-Day Faculty Development Program

SHIKSHA 5.0 is a 21-day Faculty Development Program designed for teachers, faculty members, and Ph.D. scholars to develop future-ready academic competencies aligned with NEP 2020 and Education 5.0. The programme is structured into three comprehensive modules: Foundations of Future-Ready Education, focusing on modern pedagogy, outcome-based education, accreditation, and sustainability; AI, Research & Academic Excellence, covering AI tools, research methodology, academic writing, publication ethics, and intellectual property rights; and Holistic Development & Leadership, emphasizing Indian Knowledge Systems, innovation, governance, industry collaboration, counselling, and well-being practices. The programme equips educators with practical skills for academic excellence, institutional growth, and transformative teaching-learning practices.
